Hi all...

Today I went to the Sarabong Oreum (small volcanic mountain) just to get outside and do some walking.  Here are some of the things I saw...

"Resembling a horseshoe and adorned with lush nut pine trees, Sarabong is a parasitic volcano with numerous scoria (macrovesicular volcanic rocks). Nearby Sarabong Park has numerous fitness facilities and is a favorite among visitors who enjoy taking walks. At the peak of Sarabong is Mangyangjeong Pavilion. Designated as Jeju Monument No.23, Bongsudae (a fire signal site that was once used to send warnings to other areas) is located in the north of Sarabong and has been preserved in its original form; to the north of Bongsudae is Sarasa Temple (aka Taegojong) overlooking the sea. The manned lighthouse Sanji, the first of its kind on Jeju Island, sits on the cliff near Sarasa Temple."

Pretty amazing that it's November 24th and it was 63 degrees today on the island! =)

Hi all...

Today we went to the Yakcheonse temple (Buddhist temple) is Seogwipo!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

After the temple we started walking back towards the bus stop.  Along the way we stopped to take a few pictures in front of a tangerine grove!

Great day!
